Description
Recent reelase of netCDF 4.7.3 uses more actively namespaces for targets. MSTK fails to link a shared library due to failing to find library for "-lnetcdf". A possible fix was added as a patch to Amanzi, TPLs 0.97.0, branch konstantin/hdf5
