Although this release fixes the pipeline to add a Windows compatible version of forest on conda-forge I'm not convinced it solves the Windows use-case. Perhaps a future release could focus on a helpful GUI to configure FOREST.

Sure enough, a fresh Windows install reveals the broken environment command

Success! FOREST is now available for Windows. I will add docs to the Getting started section in due course.

I've updated the docs to make common conda usage more explicit and added a note for Windows users to update the base conda to fix a recent bug.
