Migrate recordings dataset to a bigger server in Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure

We need to organize the data better into a database (see https://github.com/MetaGenAI/MetaGenNeos/issues/4)

Also once the data begins growing we'll need more storage.

We need to decide the cloud system we are going to use (there are financial and technical issues we need to discuss, and I need to finalize).
