Tensorflow is not working

Hello,

I am trying to use the CICERON model but I am having issues with tensorflow package because it ended in May 2024. I am really new to bioinformatics, and maybe it's my fault. Could you check if the CICERON model is working nowadays??? Or could you use another package instead of tensorflow for the development of the model??

Hello,

i have tried to reinstall a clear version of CICERON and indeed the tensorflow package was giving me troubles. The solution for me was to regress the tensorflow version to 2.15.
Try:
pip install tensorflow==2.15
As is should be compatible with the keras version that the clean installation has. If the problem still persists please attach the error you are receiving and I will see to it.
