Extend to read in CW data

Some features need adaption to facilitate loading and handling the measurements data from the Constructed Wetland (CW) pilot, Utrecht, e.g.

• transposing the data frame
• dealing with two columns having the same name --> What happens if in case of multiple columns with same contaminant name? #104
• adding some more contaminants
