Home Assistant log warnings - 'xxxx uses the deprecated option `object_id` to set the default entity id.' 'This will stop working in Home Assistant Core 2026.4'

As per the title, Home Assistant is throwing warnings in the log saying as an example:

[homeassistant.components.mqtt.entity] The configuration for entity sensor.gosungrow_getpsdetail_1292498_p83121 uses the deprecated option `object_id` to set the default entity id. Replace the `"object_id": "GoSungrow-getPsDetail-1292498-p83121"` option with `"default_entity_id": "sensor.GoSungrow-getPsDetail-1292498-p83121"` in your published discovery configuration to fix this issue, or contact the maintainer of the integration that published this config to fix this. This will stop working in Home Assistant Core 2026.4

Using CoPilot it suggested a quick fix is to intercept the MQTT messages and republish them using the compliant format.

Edit: I'm still trying to get an automation built to intercept and fix. I'll share back once I've validated it works.
