Do not work with other video files apart from given one

I have tried with a movie file where camera is mounted in front of a dynamic car. But the boundary boxes are not accurate for vehicle detection also Count give unnecessary numbers.

You have to adjust the conditions, because the program counts only the blobs wich are higher than X number, so you better check that. I also recommend you to check all the code so you can understand better how it work.
