Strengthen L3 app protection policy conditional access settings

The current documentation gives the level 3 app protection policy a longer offline grace period than the level 2 policy.

If you configure policies according to the current documentation, you get:

	L2	L3
Offline grace block	10080 min	30 days
Offline grace wipe	30 days	30 days

I understand that L3 policy are meant to offer more restrictive access than L2, so I am guessing you would want to modify both L3 offline grace periods to something similar to the following:

	L2	L3
Offline grace block	10080 min	10080 min
Offline grace wipe	30 days	14 days
