Early arrival emails&phone number list (For export at the 6/5)

The communication department needs the emails list of people that have an early arrival permission.
Camps and Art marking their early arrival people at the Spark, Production volunteers mark their early arrival at the volunteer's system.
The list will be exported when the marking will be closed at the 6/5.
