Save setup confirmation

I don't like "Auto save setup". I have my preferred configuration that I would want to stick to.

Yet, every once in a while, I change something in the configuration, with the intent of lasting for the given session only.

And, every once in a while, I accidentally invoke Options -> Save setup.

These two steps combined with each other can result in some annoyance, loss of my precious config.

(Of course I do have a backup, but still...)

Describe the solution you'd like

Options -> Confirmation allows to configure a couple of different scenarios to possibly have confirmation. Maybe this list could be extended with Save setup.

Just checked what it's like in FAR, and they don't have a confirmation setting for saving setup, but they ask for confirmation unconditionally, whereas we don't ask it at all.

I wonder what would be the best way if we choose to do something about it at all. I don't like the idea of adding a setting that is off by default. It will never be discovered and it's very hard to gauge the amount of users it will serve.

If we add a confirmation unconditionally, possibly some old users would complain that they have muscle memory. I personally wouldn't mind though. I think it's less bad than having an option and is aligned with FAR.

Well, then I'd suggest @egmontkob we do an unconditional confirmation without a setting like in FAR.
