Armor evaluator #179

Description

@Revadike

While not necessarily in the scope of this project, I do think this feature would be extremely useful and would work well with d2armorpicker.

The idea is to use the results from configurations to determine a value for each armor piece, such that users will have an easier time deciding what armor pieces are totally useless. But what configurations should count for the evaluation? I think that's up to the user to decide, and there should be a button to select a config result or collection of results to the evaluator. The more an armor piece appears in the submitted results, the higher the evaluation score. Maybe not the most straightforward system, but it's the best I could come up with at the moment.

The problem is, while I have a bunch of loadouts made and saved, I still get armor to appear in new configurations that hadn't been saved in an existing loadout yet. So, I am still unsure what exactly to keep. A system like this could help make that decision way easier.
