I can take this on. I think the hardest part will be a fast but reliable caching strategy -- e.g. what happens if a user in the cached upvoted list un-upvotes a post: does the cached list have to be updated on every upvote event? -- but I think this can be solved without too much issue.

Hi I've seen on gitlab description that your issue is almost done, is there any chance to get into the last step? If possible what do you need as mobile implementation a App or a screen adaptation for mobile browsers?
