skaven spear for my character

I would like a spear for my character. It can have the same damage as netherite or diamond swords but it has a longer reach and cooldown as well as a right click charge/dash attack if possible. it can have any enchant a sword can have. I'd prefer unlimited durability but if not then make it repairable with iron blocks.

also can dash give poison to those hit and regen to the wielder

also if possible can it do more damage when someone is above or below me

like if im fighting uphill it deals more damage

actually quicker attack speed then a sword and the charge should be able to be aimed up
