NOT SENDING EMAILS

Hi there, I've been working on this project for a while, but I still can't get the emails to send.
I'm really hoping to get some help with it. Thank you!

The email function is based on dynamic, and as per Google's criteria, it got blocked and was not sent to the desired place. Anyways, I have developed it to send an IP address later, once it goes live..
