Feature request: See the diff of a story from the TUI

First of all, I've tried many of these "ticket systems for claude" and this is the first one that i can just run in the background, slowly eating all my claude tokens, and have decent result.

So one thing I ran into, is that whenever I open up my terminal where chief is cooking, I would like to see the results of the diff, and the notes of what was implemented.
