Hello team,

I am a paid MiniMax user with 5 active one-year Text-to-Speech subscriptions.

I am facing an urgent account access issue.

Due to security reasons, I am required to permanently delete my current Gmail accounts. If I proceed, I will lose access to all my paid subscriptions, which will result in a significant financial loss.

Currently, there is no option available on the platform to update or change the email address.

I have already tried contacting support via email and social channels but did not receive a proper resolution.

I want to continue using MiniMax long-term and I am also planning to purchase more subscriptions in the future. However, I need your support in securing my current subscriptions.

I request your help with one of the following:

  • Migrate my active subscriptions to new email accounts
    OR
  • Provide a secure workaround to retain access after email deletion

I am ready to provide full verification (transaction IDs, payment proof, account details).

This is time-sensitive, and I would really appreciate your support.
