Half of LED Strip doesn't light up

Using Windows 11 and H6167.

When I try to setting up the LED Mapping, only half of my strip lights up. When I try to turn on Monitor Sync, it just turns off.

I tried a couple of different things but nothing seems to work. The strip works fine with the Govee App.

Let me know if you have any ideas.

Seems like in general there are some issues with the Monitor Sync itself I'm not completely sure what's going on there I'll take a look, besides that do you know approx. how many zones does the strip which you're using have? Or how much do show up in the Govee App itself if you have it since the strip which I'm testing everything on would be the only one which I have which is 10 Meters with a bunch of zones

Thanks. The strip I am trying to use it with is 2.4m and I believe 4 zones. I have multiple Govee light strips throughout my house so if you need me to do any testing, I am more than happy to help out.
