Release 0.4.0 with support for new Kubernetes CRI features

Currently there is a mix between Kubernetes API v0.27.8 and CRI API v0.25.8/v0.27.8

As docker engine v24.x is EOL, would it be possible to get a new release that uses v27.x as a library?

Any new minor release would get v27.0.2 (to be upgraded to v27.0.3), since that is what is on master

For the legacy branch, it would be possible to downgrade from v24.0.9 to v23.0.15 (EOL 2025-05-19)?

It has now been updated to v25.x for the 0.3 branch

In 0.3.16, CRI API was updated to v0.30.1 but that doesn't mean that the features of it were implemented.
