RS41 SD CSV files when sensor is unplugged

Trying to simulate what happens if the RS41 dies during a flight.

I unplugged the RS41. The log messages indicates that StratoCore_LPC is creating a .csv file every 20 minutes, instead of every 10 minutes.

It’s probably not an issue, since the files will be either bogus or empty. But this is unexpected behavior which could indicate a coding problem. Need to investigate.
