Hello Mitchell,
It looks like we have similar needs to implement a proper management of course content, the DevOps way.
I have also selected H5P and Lumi to produce a SCORM package - from an existing docusaurus content so I had to port it manually because of sort delays.
This did the job even it seems to have trouble to report results from multiple quizzes embedded in a book to LMS (when one quizz alone in SCORM seems OK)
I have submitted this feature request https://docusaurus.canny.io/feature-requests/p/theme-to-generate-h5p with idea that docusaurus quizz or other plugins may be generated as H5P - and additional plugins may be created to generate other H5P interactive content.
What do you think about it?
