Energy Storage improvements ideas

1. I have to use mekanism's cable because can't output automatically.
2. I wish I could set the input/output direction like mekanism mod's energy cube
3. Poor compatibility with flux network as in other issues

If you add number 2, it seems that number 1 will also be solved.
