Some problem when finished installing mod (console output and input + can't download mods)

I can't find any problem when downloading mod on MTG installer
But, when I open console on ETG,
It show text like this:

And when I write some text on console, every text contain space on front of it
like this: [help] -> [ h e l p]

And I can't install .zip mod files on ETG installer

• I'm using windows
• my ETG version is 2.1.7
• .NET 4.5 is installed
