Ownership & permissions when using git or GitHub option #3
Description
If the git or GitHub option is used, and the committed repo is cloned, the file ownership and permissions are not cloned or restored.
Research git-based possibilities to capture and handle.
If nothing reasonable exists add a mechanism inside KAS.
