Cooking #191

Description

@DarkZiom4Ever

Describe The Bug

Before the tickrate update you could cook an item and you have a +/- 15 second time of when the item could be claimed and it would still result in a successful cook. For example, I cook a hotdog which should take 1min 20sec and you could have claimed that hotdog from 1min 05sec to 1min 35sec and it would be successful.

Now it seems that when you claim the item before the timer reaches the correct cook time of 1min 20sec it doesn't give you a single item - not even mush.

To Reproduce

Cook an item
Claim the item before its intended finish time but no less than 15 seconds
You will not receive any item nor a notification for failing the cook

Expected Behavior

You should either receive the item or mush depending on when the cooked item is claimed.

Make it so you have the +/- 15 seconds to claim the item from the intended time and get it successfully again.
