Cars not despawning upon being blown up #192
Description
Describe The Bug
When i took my car out of my garage I blew it up on purpose. Whilst testing the cooking bug I waited for it to de spawn which was around 15 minutes and it still remained deployed although it had 0% HP and 0% Fuel.
To Reproduce
Deploy an owned car from your garage
Blow up said car
Wait the intended de spawn timer
Car will not despawn
Expected Behavior
Car should de spawn 3-5 mins after being blown up.
