Items surfaced by the three-agent review pass on 3.1 / 3.1.1 (DX audit, API good-practice checklist, adversarial review). Grouped into three tiers in the tracking thread on [issue #58](https://github.com/MorePET/mat/issues/58): - **Tier 1** — real fixes (dual-adapters namespace bomb, parameter-name shadow, two weak tests). - **Tier 2** — round-trip coverage + small refactors to keep the surface consistent as more delegates are added. - **Tier 3** — design questions worth deciding explicitly, even if the answer is "leave as-is." None of these are user-visible behavior changes (the `adapters` shadow is latent; could become visible). Target: ship together as 3.1.2.
