Update and organize Reports/ #260
Description
Update, organize and decide which reports we want to keep in the public repository.
Also, for some of the R scripts, there are errors when trying to re-run them. I think most of these errors are easily fixable since they are related to the location of the database, e.g., load('../../../clc/clc.RData')
Current scripts that I'm not able to re-run just as they are:
