time of day in recording name 5 hours ahead of system TOD

I'm using sqlite as my database

Here is the info on 1 file

-rw-r--r-- 1 theuser thegroup 24383863 Dec 18 14:43 C320WSFP_2025-12-18-19:42:36.mkv

As you can see the TOD in the file title is 5 hours in advance of the system file timestamp

What controls this ?

It picks it up from the system. Which version of Motion being used? Is a full log at INF level showing parameters and a movie file being created with this issue available?

After further inspection I see that you are correct and for some reason the docker container in which motion is running has the TOD wrong .
