Blur not working on the first container opened Minecraft 1.21

Hi,

I've been using Blur for quite some time without ever encountering any issue, but ever since I update to Minecraft 1.21, with version 4.1.0 for Fabric of the mod, I've experience this strange bug where the first container you open in a world the blur doesn't work. And because I play on a server where I change worlds often it is very noticeable.
This bug occurs even when only using Blur and Fabric API.

I would love if someone could fix it or at least try to understand why it happens.

I can't reproduce this in the Blur 6.1, this may be fixed now
