Transfer this repository to the Mosquito-Alert organization

We should transfer this to Mosquito-Alert, where we are consolidating all repositories associated with Mosquito Alert. Doing so should not break anything, given that GitHub will redirect URLs (for anyone clicking on an old link for the open source code). Also remember that this is not the latest version of the code, which is now in the new Flutter repository (which we will also put into the Mosquito-Alert organization on GitHub).
