UBlox timing input does not change

Trying to adjust the Ublox timing input in the Paramer tab does not work.
The ComboBox has all selections, but if one tries to select XOR (or any of the others in the list) the value returns to AND (the default and first in the list).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Parameter tab'
2. Locate the Switches frame
3. Click on 'Ublox Timing input'
4. Select 'XOR' from the ComboBox
5. See it returns to 'AND'
