Uninstall fails during reverting Tapatalk edits

Uninstalling the plugin fails with an error relating to the modifications made to the Tapatalk plugin.

@euantorano, IMO the Tapatalk integration code should just be removed. I think we're seeing less and less usage of it as users get responsive themes for their forums and the abysmal security record Tapatalk themselves have.
