Consider using OpenCloning for cloning simulation #12

Hi @Gonza10V,

I hope you are doing well. I just came across this repository when working on some funding application for pydna, when looking at the dependant projects.

I think I mentioned it to you before, but I think OpenCloning would work very well for this use-case. It extends pydna and has a very simple data model to represent cloning steps, plus the user interface to see and document cloning.

I think the best way to get an idea of what you can do is to have a look at this youtube video. It's slightly outdated but the main concepts are there. Anything you see there you can automate via the backend python library.

Best,
Manu

PS: If you are using pydna a lot, we organise community meetings every ~2 months, feel free to join us in the meetings and to subscribe to the mailing list pydna-group/pydna#342
