Update Template Spreadsheets

• Remove all data from all templates, so they are blank and make sure blank sheets run through converter without errors
• Add MANY blank lines to all sheets to be filled in by users, make sure partially filled in sheets run through converter without errors
• Remove Tellus specific items, such as Behavior and corresponding behavior_types sheet
• Hide Init, FlapjackCols, and column_definition sheets
• Make sure all welcome pages are uniform, titles should be simply the type of sheet, (Parts, Chemicals, Media, etc.), logos should all be the same or maybe correspond to the type of data (if we want to be creative)
• Make sure id columns are updated when name columns are changed and hide id columns
• Verify that you have the latest parts sheet
• Check-in all sheets as example templates in Excel2SBOL repo AND check-in to SynBioSuite repo
