libsdl2-dev for debian-ish

libsdl2-dev is needed when using configure --enable-sdl (which is not in --help, btw) which is needed for ffplay (at least). Tested this (outside ansible) on devuan6, debian13, and ubuntu24.04, and looking at my notes I've had to add it going back a ways (probably u18.04 or so).

libdav1d-dev is also missing for devuan6 at least (haven't tested the others, but I see the ansible config has it for the RHELatives but none of the debian-ish). libaom-dev doesn't seem to be included for any platform.

All of these (sdl2, dav1d, aom) are needed for valid configure options which are disabled by default. I assume the idea with ansible is that it will prepare the user for whatever options they end up choosing.
