mythtv-light maybe missing a dependency?

I have 2 Debian 13 desktops. mythtv-light has build built on both. Both worked fine. This morning on one system I did git pull on mythtv to get the latest fix and rebuilt to test. I did apt install ./mythtv-light-.... and it installed and I could test the new fix. I then copied that deb file to the other system and tried to install. The install worked but when I tried to run mythfrontend I got an error about missing:
libQt5WebEngine.so.5

I then did a git pull on mythtv on the failing system and rebuild mythtv-light. I then did a apt install and it failed saying it was already the latest.

Then I did apt reinstall of the .deb file and it's all working.

I was hoping that I could just build the latest on one Debian 13 system and then move the .deb file around.

I don't know what mythtv-light is, and couldn't find it (ah, deb-light), so this may be totally irrelevant, but:

I did just that with the mythtv-frontend package on debian13 the other day, FWIW. Didn't see a libQt5WebEngine.so.5 issue.
Actually I built on one box and put the packages on a (Rocky 8) repo and then installed mythtv-frontend on the "other" box. Both machines were just built for this test, so they should be relatively clean.

I did ignore the directions and use ansible, however. All the cool kids are doing it.
