Accept ZipCode and redirect user to the correct food pantry

The zipcode input on the form view should be replaced with a text input and if they enter the wrong zip code, redirect them to the proper food pantry's website.

I'm going to begin looking into this today and hopefully figure it out (and not screw things up) in the next few days.

The user-form only takes valid zip codes now and, if an invalid zip code is entered, the user-form redirects to an out of area code page (with a link to the resource Broad Street gives out for out of area coders).

Looking for advice on if I need to and how I might test the updated controller using Mockito.
