Consolidate testing framework #161
Description
While AIT-Core has moved to pytest, this repo (and AIT-GUI) are still using nosetests.
Pytest was incidentally introduced when TC Tranfer Frames were added (#153)
This isn't caught by our PR process since TravisCI is completely useless when its license is limited to so few runs, so it was disabled for the timebeing.
