Summary table - all data terms

We're making progress on the paper. But we need data too - perhaps even more important than the paper.

I've created a (draft) table to capture all the terms and products. It would be good for one or two people to take ownership of each row so we have a contact for each. I've filled in some names (with "?"). We can also decide to drop rows from this table if it's too small or too complex, but we should be sure to discuss this in the text.

Feel free to add columns if there are interesting or relevant metadata you think should be added to each row.

Please fill in values where I have left them blank, and correct or raise comments where you have questions or see errors. Google Sheets supports the same comment feature as Google Docs.

Should we have an overview table like this embedded in the paper? I tried to set up a multi-page rotated table and it didn't look great. We could also include it as a supplemental CSV.
