Add some history fields to LDF for coupler history verification

We'd like to add some history variables to the LDF for coupler history verification.
These are:

'FSDSND','FSDSVD','FSDSNI','FSDSVI','RAIN_FROM_ATM','SNOW_FROM_ATM','FLDS_NOT_DOWNSCALED','ZBOT','Tair_from_atm','Thair_from_atm','QBOT_NOT_DOWNSCALED','PBOT_NOT_DOWNSCALED','Rho_from_atm','PCO2','UWIND','VWIND','BCPHIDRY','BCPHODRY','BCPHIWET','OCPHIDRY','OCPHODRY','OCPHIWET','DSTWET1','DSTDRY1','DSTWET2','DSTDRY2','DSTWET3','DSTDRY3','DSTWET4','DSTDRY4','ATM_TOPO'

Note that most of these are inactive by default and so won't normally be available in CTSM history output.
We will make all of them available in two runs, one a CAM/CTSM run that generates CPLHIST output and one a CTSM run that uses that CPLHIST output.

We'd like them to appear in the lat/lon plots. It would also be useful to have them appear in the global timeseries plots.

Great. These should be straight forward to add to LDF plots. I'll handle the post processing, do you want to do the runs, @olyson?
