Meteorological Regridding Error after System Updates

It seems that after either the latest or some other recent computer system update I am no longer able to get the Meteorological regridding software (FV version) to properly create the MAKEIC.so file. This is happening on both Derecho and Casper computer systems. An example of the error I am getting is :

I am getting this error for nearly every function that is being called.

One additional note, this is the module list that I am using when trying to run (Derecho):

1. ncarenv/23.09 (S) 2) craype/2.7.23 3) intel/2023.2.1 4) ncarcompilers/1.0.0 5) cray-mpich/8.1.27 6) hdf5/1.12.2 7) netcdf/4.9.2 8) ncl/6.6.2

I just tested this script:
/glade/u/home/emmons/my_IPT/Meterological_Reanalysis_Data/Finite_volume_dycore/Gen_Data_f09_testOct24/Gen_MERRA2_fv09_86L_001.csh
and it runs on casper using qsub.

My module list:
Currently Loaded Modules:

1. ncarenv/23.10 (S) 2) intel/2023.2.1 3) ncarcompilers/1.0.0 4) cuda/12.2.1 5) ucx/1.14.1 6) openmpi/4.1.6 7) hdf5/1.12.2 8) netcdf/4.9.2

I have 'module load ncl' inside the script.

Thanks for checking on that Louisa! My module list is a little different from what you have, so I will start there and see where it gets me.
