let notebook to stop when called sql process got problem

Right now i have issue with raster import, but notebook continues to run to the end. Can I raise error and let notebook to stop there, so that user knows where the problem is?

Acturally, from the notebook it is very hard to see that there is a problem. I have to go to terminal started the notebook, and read the error there. I guess the solution would be to use sqlalchemy or something to make sure that thing is OK from python side of the tool

subprocess.run() has check=True option and that may be all i need here
