Error with database is rebuilding or something

When i process big task (global annual), i occasonally get error message that database is rebuilding, and execution stops, because there is no handler for that. I may want to catch that error, wait for a minute or so then continue.

Thing is that i don't know how to reprodue the error...

In therminal for docker exec, i got this log,

Didn't work, use QGIS!

this occurs when i draw map, and i think i trap this error and do nothing. Then later on,
