Support of faster compression than zlib

Hi,

it would be good if other compression algorithms, but at least zstandard would be supported. It is faster for reading and writing.

Zstandard was implemented in CMOR. Therefore, zlib is not a requirement for CMIP7 publication in general, right?

According to the h5repack docs, one would have to call h5repack with

<objects list>:<name of filter>=<filter parameters>
where <name of filter>=<filter parameters> would be UD=<filter_number,filter_flag,cd_value_count,value1[,value2,...,valueN]>

Probably the best choice here would be to use blosc, so something along the lines of

the HDF5 Plugin documentation suggests <objects list>:UD=32001,0,7,0,0,0,0,5,1,5
as a common h5repack --filter parameter for blosc zstd.

Not sure if one really wants to specify the exact blosc format version, but I'll leave that to people with deeper knowledge of the matter.
