Add a bulk-synonyms endpoint #227
Description
I'm seeing lots of /synonym requests to NameRes -- not sure where they're coming from, but I'm guessing either Dug or NER stuff, and they seem to be slowing things down (but without obviously straining either the web node or the Solr node). Adding a bulk-synonyms endpoint will help reduce the number of incoming queries at least.
