The Good:

• Nice that you included a picture!
• The diagram helps a lot with following the pipeline steps.
• The project description is not very long but does a very good job of giving the reader a high-level understanding.

The not so Good:

• In the diagram, it seems that TraIN is used only to cross-reference the immune PCCMs with the brain RNASeq data. In the project description, it seems that TraIN also includes the previous steps to generate the PCCMs. Could you clarify which steps are part of TraIN and which aren't?

Hi Javier,
Thank you for your feedback. You are totally on the spot with the TraIN on the pipeline being misleading. I will definitely re-design that, as is indeed very important. Yes, the whole pipeline is TraIN! Thank you! :)
