• DEIJ Committee Leads will respond to Ben
• Send out invitation to top 3 candidates for seminar series
• Email UCSB communications (Chelsea) about helping us promote the series

Update 3/17

• UCSB Development Communications team will no longer be able to help with the the media distribution of the seminar series so we can brainstorm new groups from main campus we can send this information to.
• Abre' and Valentina have accepted our invitation to be part of the series, but have no official dates set.
• Cesar was sent email communications, but has not yet responded. If no communication is sent then we will move forward with inviting another candidate from our voting list.
• Graphics for the announcement and media distribution are in progress.
• Finalizing titles for the seminar series via #diversity slack channel
