Simulator can only handle SCORE and LIVES output

Currently the simulator runner only accepts and posts output from the output queue if that output is in a specific format and has the key of either SCORE or LIVES. This should be made more dynamic to accept any key/val pair in the payload sent.

Perhaps it would be useful to have a pop-out window or extra region in the simulator window where dynamic sized and JSON formatted output is handled and displayed:
