CLI tool for copying datasets does not copy the folder that belongs with an .mrxs file

Describe the bug
The cli tool for copying data only copies the actual file in the manifest. For .mrxs images this is wrong as images of this type have an accompanying folder of the same name which should also be copied to the location where the .mrxs file is copied to

To Reproduce
copy some mrxs files with the cli tool

Expected behavior
Would also copy the actual datafolder that should be in the same folder as the .mrxs file
