Support for all slidescore annotation types #46

There are studies that have annotations outside of polygons, brushes and points that cause error on download.
Describe the solution you'd like
A test study that has all types of annotations, and a download script that successfully saves annotations from that study.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Patching to ignore unsupported types instead of raising error.
